This monthly workshop series provides tenants with education on their rights, access to legal information, and one-on-one consultations with attorneys.

Tenant resource clinics offer the following:

  • Know Your Rights Presentation: A structured presentation covering core tenant rights topics.
  • Private Legal Consultations: 5-10 minute one-on-one consultations with attorneys. Sign-ups occur at registration. First come, first served, with priority given to participants facing immediate deadlines or court dates.
  • Tenant Resource Packet: Distributed to all attendees. Includes workshop slides, eviction timeline, UD response checklist, legal resources, and a community resource directory (rental assistance, utility assistance, food assistance).
  • “Know Before You Go” Takeaway Sheet: One-page action guide covering 3-Day Notices, Unlawful Detainers, rent increases, and repair/habitability issues with immediate next steps.
