Diana Nunez was born and raised in Hawthorne, CA. She has over 15 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Over the past few years, Diana has had the opportunity to work in a healthcare environment while working closely with the community at a Family Source Center and now at  St. John’s Community Health. She takes pride in addressing the immediate needs of her patients by linking them to a variety of programs and resources. Diana and her team of We Are LA patient navigators at St. John’s Community Health are committed to providing the highest level of support with empathy and respect, connecting families at risk of eviction and homelessness to important resources that can help them stay housed.
