We Are LA casework services are available to any financially vulnerable LA tenant who has been served with an eviction lawsuit in Los Angeles regardless of income.  However, you must also income requirements to receive legal aid from our partner Eviction Defense Network.

We Are LA offers a free eviction prevention program available to Los Angeles tenants who are financially vulnerable. Including help responding to and filing eviction notices in court, as well as connecting you to benefits such as Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and the Earned Income and Child Tax Credits.

Yes. You must be a tenant living in the City of Los Angeles and surrounding areas who is trying to stop eviction.
